food combining cookbook, internal cleanse

will fill out a 10 page questionnaire and mail it
back. We will talk about your nutritional history
and back ground. We will discuss how the digestive
system works to keep you healthy. |

Usually the program will
begin with an herbal nutritional cleanse. People
who are in a weakened condition may need to start
the program by building up their body and strength
before starting the cleansing.

We
will cover the nutritional program that is suggested
for you health needs and answer any questions. At
this time you will receive charts which will guide
you on your new program. |

Time, devotion, some
gentle exercise and a willingness to make a few
changes will be needed from you. Your new food program
